Black Star Pastry, renown for their watermelon cake opened up a new bakery in Rosebery.

In the initial design of the bakery, the architect and the owner opted for a galvanised look for both the kitchen exhaust hoods as well as the pizza oven flue ducting. They were manufactured out of galvanised steel.

The project consisted of:

Supply and install two galvanised kitchen exhaust hoods

1 @ (1900 x 1500 x 700)

1 @ (1900 x 1500 x 700)

With required kitchen exhaust ducting and kitchen exhaust fan required with flashing.
